We stand behind the craftmanship of our jewellery. If, for any reason, you receive an item with a defect, please email us within 72 hours of receipt. Simply advise us of the issue and we will do our best to repair or replace the item in question. For repairs and returns after the initial 72 hours, please contact us for 'return authorisation'.
Goods must be returned unused within 2 weeks of order date. No return or exchange on earrings due to health regulations.
